As a Project Design Director with over 25 years of international experience in Urban Intelligent Lighting, I have established a profound impact on the industry.

I co-founded Atelier Lumiere, a lighting design consultancy firm, which was part of Citelum - Group EDF. My academic foundation was laid at ENSAPB (Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Architecture de Paris-Belleville), where I graduated as a DPLG Architect in 1995. Prior to establishing Atelier Lumiere in 2003, I dedicated many years as the Design Manager of Citeluz Brazil, spearheading significant lighting design interventions.

During my tenure as Atelier Lumiere’s President-Director from 2003 to 2016, I oversaw business development and the Creative Direction for numerous Architectural and Urban lighting projects.

Since 2001, I have led teams and delivered Lighting Master Planning Solutions for over 25 cities across South and North America, including Curitiba (BR), Buenos Aires (ARG), Santiago (CH), and Albuquerque (US).

My expertise extends to large-scale, complex, and high-budget PPP offers in cities like São Paulo (BR), Miami (US), Paris (FR), and I played a pivotal role in the Intelligent LED renovation phase of the LUWA project in Belgium from 2020 to the present.

My portfolio includes directing outdoor lighting projects for iconic heritage buildings and dynamic lighting for infrastructure projects, with over 65 realized projects and more than 15 projects published in the Brazilian specialized media.

In my role as the Solutions Design Director for Citelum US, I was responsible for integrating innovations, technology, and the development of new offers. Leading market analysis and innovation efforts, I guided the team towards generating new ideas and business streams to enhance the company's offerings. I provided expert insights on technological advancements, including the development of an automated tool (Citevision®), to deliver Smart Master Plans through city-wide photometric calculations using a GIS data-driven approach to urban lighting.

As the Design Services Director, I led Citélum US Design Services Team in Houston, TX, and was in charge of comprehensive Smart Lighting Master Planning solutions for both the US and Mexico markets. I provided global Lighting Master Plan (LMP) design directions and other design services for Citélum’s strategic projects, including the 1st Phase of the City of Paris MPE bid, which was later won by Citelum’s consortium with Eiffage.
